Please read and accept these terms carefully before using AI Care.

1. Scope

These Terms apply when you download, install, access, and use the AI Care app (including iOS and Android versions) and related web content. If you access paid or subscription services via a third-party platform, that platform's rules also apply.

These Terms do not replace your agreement with the app store regarding membership, payment, or refunds. If conflicting rules exist, the stricter one applies.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the related Privacy Policy.

Minors must use this app under guardian supervision and provide accurate, complete information. For safety, avoid entering sensitive identity or excessive personal data.

3. Service Description

AI Care provides these core services:

  • Recording, creating, and managing medication information and reminders.

  • AI-assisted recognition from text, photos, and voice to help build reminder plans.

  • Alarm reminders, timely check-ins, snooze reminders, and status archiving.

  • Medication logs, summary statistics, and historical review.

Unless you explicitly authorize it, this service does not provide clinical diagnosis, prescriptions, or doctor-replacement advice, and is intended for personal management and reminders.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the app for unlawful, harassing, impersonating, or deceptive purposes, or to disrupt others' normal use.

  • Keep your device and contact methods secure; do not share account credentials or verification codes.

  • Verify AI-recognized plans and reminders before acting on them.

  • Do not upload infringing, unlawful, pornographic, insulting, or misleading content.

  • Do not hold us liable for content issues of third-party dependent services and provide reasonable explanations if requested.

5. AI and Assistant Feature Boundaries

AI features provide assistance only; final medication decisions remain yours and should also reference your clinician and pharmacist.

  • Recognition results may contain errors. Check medicine name, dose, schedule, and cautions before confirming.

  • You agree that AI recognition errors are advisory only; AI Care does not assume medical liability for health decisions made from them.

  • If you notice obvious anomalies, submit an issue through Feedback and we will fix/optimize within a reasonable scope.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

The current version offers both free and subscription tiers. Pricing and details are shown in the app stores.

  • When purchasing or renewing in-app, you must follow the payment and auto-renewal rules of the platform (App Store / Google Play).

  • Subscription benefits apply only during the subscription period and may be subject to auto-renewal or expiry settings.

  • For interruptions caused by manual renewal cancellation, account login conflicts, app deprecation, or platform-side changes, processing follows these Terms and platform rules.

Medication records and reminder data in this product are primarily stored locally. Payments only unlock more usage capabilities and experience.

7. Intellectual Property

AI Care, its interface elements, copy, workflow rules, recognition models, and trademarks are owned by the project or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, republish, or resell the service commercially without permission.

You retain ownership of content you input, while granting AI Care the right to process, display, and synchronize it as required to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service for all medical scenarios. We do not assume liability, except as required by law, for the situations below:

  • Service delays caused by third-party networks, system incidents, device security issues, or force majeure.

  • Personal risk caused by acting without verifying plan details.

  • Medical, emergency, prescription, or treatment needs that fall outside the scope of the service.

Use this app together with professional medical guidance. If you suspect serious adverse reactions, seek medical care immediately and do not self-assess.

9. Suspension and Account Handling

If you seriously breach these Terms or create safety/legal risk, we may warn, suspend, or limit account permissions; we may suspend services or remove related content where necessary.

You may uninstall the app, clear data, or request data deletion in Feedback. For paid users, refunds and expiry follow platform rules.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved by good-faith negotiation first; if unsuccessful, arbitration or litigation before a competent court may follow.

If any clause is deemed invalid by law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
